About Chaaste Family Ministries

Empowering families and communities through the eight dimensions of wellness

We are a nonprofit ministry serving the Philippines—especially San Marcelino, Zambales—helping families, communities, and leaders pursue healing through self-awareness and practical, wellness-focused strategies.

Our story

The Esteban Family

Chaaste Family Ministries was founded by the Esteban Family, a Filipino-American family passionate about strengthening families, communities, and leaders through holistic wellness. Inspired by their faith, personal experience, and love for their heritage, the Estebans wanted to create a nonprofit that empowers people to thrive in all areas of life.

As second-generation Filipino-Americans, the family understands firsthand the importance of bridging the gap between their two home countries. They are committed to helping communities in the Philippines, especially youth and young adults, build meaningful lives, stay connected to family, and contribute positively to society.

How we serve

We listen first, then build programs and partnerships that meet real needs. Chaaste Family Ministries exists to help people move from survival to wholeness through self-awareness, faith-informed care, and practical tools that support everyday life.

Wellness framework

Eight dimensions, one integrated approach

We help individuals and families identify what’s thriving and what needs support—then take practical steps toward sustainable growth.

Our work is rooted in the eight dimensions of wellness—physical, emotional, intellectual, social, spiritual, financial, occupational, and environmental—because lasting change happens when the whole person is supported.

Support that fits real life

Our Mission

To empower families, communities and leaders to experience healing through self-awareness and practical strategies that support the eight dimensions of wellness.

We believe that wellness is more than the absence of illness—it is balance, growth, and purpose in every aspect of life.

An eye on the future

Our Vision

To restore balance to holistic wellness, empower and revive communities, and inspire leaders to rise through consistent acts of service, unity of the family, and faith in Jesus Christ.

We imagine communities where families are supported, leaders are nurtured, and individuals are equipped to live their healthiest, most fulfilled lives.

Our team

We’re a growing ministry supported by dedicated leaders, volunteers, and partners. As our team expands, we’ll share more about the people serving behind the scenes.

Partners & Volunteers

Who we serve

Our initial focus is on San Marcelino, Zambales, Philippines, a town with strong community ties and easy access to Manila and Subic Bay. This community is at the heart of our first projects, before we look to expand further.

Practical Strategies

Our First Projects

  • A multi-purpose sports and wellness complex for youth, families, and community events
  • Health and wellness workshops that incorporate the eight dimensions
  • Cultural, educational, and spiritual gatherings that nurture growth and connection

Through these programs, we aim to inspire youth and young adults to invest in their communities, strengthen family ties, and embrace personal development while staying rooted in their home country.

The exact shape of these programs will be informed by the needs of the community and the partnerships we build along the way.

Faith-Guided

The Esteban Family not only founded Chaaste Family Ministries, but they also bring decades of experience building relationships, community, and trust through Chaaste Family Market. While the market and ministry are distinct entities, both reflect the family’s commitment to service, wellness, and integrity.

Their faith in Jesus Christ guides the ministry’s values, shaping a vision where community impact is grounded in love, service, and hope.
